Reminders:

  • Symptoms: Make sure you are aware of ALL the symptoms of Covid and take serious precautions if you think you are experiencing them. Symptoms include: Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea. DO NOT COME TO THE GYM IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS. If someone in your household is experiencing symptoms, DO NOT COME TO THE GYM.

  • Ventilation: The door(s) will remain open or cracked at all times, even during super cold days so please wear the appropriate clothing. This allows air flow in and out of the building.

  • Social Distance: Try to social distance as much as possible. We will set rowers and bikes apart so no one is on top of any one else as well as any other equipment if possible.

  • Also, the classes will be capped at 12 people and this will be enforced so signing up is very important. With this being said please make sure if you sign up and decide you cannot make it to cancel as early as possible.

  • Cleanliness: ALWAYS clean up after yourself and sanitize anything you have used or touched after the workout.
